Recommended Use:
Inhalation
- Add 3-5 drops/100ml of water in your diffuser/vaporiser.
Topically
- Dilute up to 3 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil and massage into face or body.
Blends With:
cinnamon, clary sage, lavender, peppermint and ylang ylang.
